I got pigeonholed into their buy 12, get 1 free scheme. When I got up to my free bag, all of a sudden there's a "glitch" in their system. Manager Jason, is lacking in customer service skills. As a manager he should earn his paycheck by offering to get in contact with corporate for me since they apparently dont give 2 licks about their customers. When provided with the telephone number for corporate he gave me a disconnected number and a false email address. They obviously dont care. IlI be contacting Stella and chewys as well and letting them know how this company is acting in bad faith towards the consumers buying their product directly from this store.

Great location to stop by and give your dog a bath. It’s very convenient coming from the dog beach and want to freshen up your dog after being at the beach. Staff was super nice and friendly provided us with a basket with different types of soaps and conditioners. Also have a drying section.

Absolutely devastating experience with Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies, and I feel obligated to warn anyone considering using their self-wash stations. After using their self-wash bathing station, my dog immediately developed a severe bacterial infection that rapidly progressed into furunculosis, pancreatitis, liver complications, and dangerous anemia. Over the course of a week, he required multiple urgent-care visits, hospitalization, and as of today a blood transfusion to keep him alive. My veterinary expenses have now exceeded $25,000, and my dog has endured extreme pain and suffering directly linked to their unsanitary bathing station. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is Centinela’s complete lack of responsibility: - It has been over 3 weeks since I initially notified them. - No one from corporate or their insurance has contacted me. - They have not provided their liability insurance information, despite repeated requests. Given their failure to respond or take any accountability, I am now forced to seek legal counsel, and my attorneys will be reaching out directly to Centinela regarding this matter. This is not a small issue. This has become a catastrophic

My never tired always busy body chunky American Staffordshire Terrier LOVES the pig snout and pig ears available in the loose bulk bins. We also got chicken necks and the dogs loved every moment of it.

Checked this place out for the first time and had a very nice experience. Sarah helped us out. We went in to purchase food for our English Bulldog Charlie. Sarah made us aware of the reward program they offer as well as other services. They had plenty to choose from for your pet. It was very clean and organized. Parking was easy and the overall service Sarah provided earned a customer today!
